Usage:
Premix powder 10 kg, Wheat flour 10 kg, Room temperature water 12 liter, Salt 0.3 kg, Yeast 0.6 kg.
Fermentation time: 60-70 minutes;
Kneading time: 30 minutes from slow to fast
Baking temperature 22-240℃
Packing:
- 25 kg net weight per craft paper bag with poly bag liner inner.
- Sachet packing, 25kg, 5kg, 2kg, 1kg, 500g etc.
Storage:
Store in dry & sheltered warehouse with good ventilation.
Shelf Life:
18 months in original and unopened packaging.
